Just a few quick updates about the Phoenix Apartments community specifically and also a feedback request.

Security Light Update

The issue was located, and the hallway lights have been restored. Parts have come in for the flood lights and those should be restored shortly also pending no more weather delays. Please report any new issues to maintenance and we’ll continue to work until we get it all resolved.

Security Fence Project

After a delay with the previous stump grinding service, that got done before the rain and now the fence crew is set to start on Wednesday next week. Originally this week, but they’ve also been delayed by weather. They will be adding a solid fence across the back with a gate that will be opened only for the truck to reach the dumpster. We know some residents have exited the rear of the property for shopping, walking animals, etc and we apologize for any inconvenience that this adds. The goal is to increase the security for our residents, especially the young kids that play around the property, resident vehicles, and the residences themselves. We believe that the increase in security will be worth the change. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.

Onsite Laundry Facility?

We are researching the possibility of creating an onsite laundry facility. We think it could hold 2-3 washing machines and 2-3 dryers, but we’re still getting measurements and equipment specs together to see what’s possible. We’re curious what you think.
