In addition to paying online through the resident portal, there is also an in-person electronic cash payment method. The convenient, secure alternative to cash or money order.

- The convenient, secure alternative to cash or money order. Payments are made in person and show up automatically in your payment portal.
- Contact us to receive your unique and reusable PaySlip. We can print, text, or email it to you. You can also find it on your online portal.
- Locate the most convenient participating location near you (Participating locations include:
• Walmart
• 7-Eleven
• CVS
• Walgreens
• Ace Cash
• Family Dollar
• Dollar General - Take your PaySlip and your cash and present them to the clerk.
- Clerk will process your payment and provide you with a receipt. Confirm that the “token number” is correct for your unit.
- KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. It is your proof of payment in case something happens with the routing.







Please note
For electronic cash payments, a $3.99 processing fee applies for each transaction completed; you may make multiple payments if needed. Transaction limits vary by location, please refer to your PaySlip for details.
The same PaySlip can be used every month to pay rent.
You will receive a receipt with a confirmation number from the cashier as proof of your payment. An email or text confirmation will also be sent. If we do not have your email or mobile number, please update this information in your online portal.
