Before You Arrive

You have received a text with your access link. Do not attempt access until you are at the property.

At the Property

You will find a Codebox or Mojobox attached to the front door knob of the unit.
Find the serial number. Here is where:

Codebox: On the back of the box.

Mojobox: On the front under the ‘Mojobox’ logo.

Next

  1. Open the latest link you received by text
  2. Scroll down and enter the serial number
  3. Select “I have Read and Understand”
  4. Tap Confirm to generate your code

Below are simple steps for how to use both lockbox types.

Codebox:

  1. Enter the code
  2. Press enter
  3. Press the Codebox button
  4. The box will open—retrieve the key

Please leave the box open so you can return the key afterward.

Mojobox:

  1. Enter the code
  2. Press ok
  3. Slide lock to the right
  4. The box will open—retrieve the key

    Please leave the box open so you can return the key afterward.

After the showing

Turn off the lights, return the key to the lockbox, and lock it back up. Then drop us some feedback—we hope you loved it (or at least started planning where your couch would go 😉).
