Today is our first 1st together. Hopefully the first of many. The management team has been working diligently to get the portal all setup and updated for you to use. Here are a few new items that we wanted to convey.

Rent Due

There has been a bit of confusion as to what is due. Some residents have mistaken their May 1, 2023 balance as being a current past due balance. Please be aware that the software enters the future due amount automatically. Please check dates to verify if a balance is due now or in the future. Your lease will indicate when rent is due and when it is considered late.

Portal Ledger

Please check your deposit amount in the portal to verify it’s correct. If it’s wrong, please notify the office. We can fix it now, but we might not be able to fix it a month or more from now unless you have other proof of payment at time of moveout. Money Orders

Be sure to keep the receipt part of your money orders and make them out to 979RENT. You can also take a copy of the actual one before turning it in if you’d like.

CashApp

Our company has not traditionally accepted CashApp as a payment option but we are willing to make that option temporarily available at no additional charge to help ease the transision. In the future it may carry an additional charge or not even be available, so please prepare accordingly for June 1st payments. The CashApp address is: $Pay979RENT

Smoke Detectors

Check your smoke detector battery. Need to test them quarterly. If for some reason you do not have a working smoke detector, please enter a maintenance ticket by calling or through the portal. They may save your life someday, so treat them accordingly. https://361rent.com/maintenance/

Carbon Monoxide Detectors

If your unit has gas appliances (ie gas stoves), please make sure you have a working carbon monoxide detector. If you do not have a working one, please enter a maintenance ticket by calling or through the portal. Need to test them quarterly.
